The Psalms are not a collection of polished praise. They record the raw voices of real people crying out to God — trust, yes, but also fear, anger, sorrow, and protest. God did not edit these out; He wrote them into Scripture. That means your honest feelings, right now, need not be cleaned up before you bring them to God.
